Opie Group Christmas Party was a huge success – We even found Wally!

 A Fun Christmas Party at Emu Hall:
Opie Group and Wilson & Gilkes Staff Celebrated Together

The holiday season was a time of celebration and joy at Emu Hall as the staff of Opie Group and team members Wilson & Gilkes came together for a memorable Christmas party. This festive gathering took place in the beautiful town of Emu Plains, Western Sydney, where Opie Manufacturing Group’s state-of-the-art factory is located. Opie Manufacturing Group, a family-owned business with 60 years of experience, had recently acquired Wilson & Gilks and its brands enabling Opie  to expand their services and talent pool. 

The Christmas party at Emu Hall was a grand affair, filled with laughter, music, and holiday cheer. Emu Hall provided the perfect outside setting for everyone to come together and enjoy the festivities with a stunning view of the Nepean river. There was plenty off food and drink on offer and  it brought the teams together for an afternoon of fun and festivities with even a Game of “Where’s Wally”- (If you look really hard  you might just spot him in the photos)

One staff member commented  “The Christmas party was absolutely amazing this year! it was great to meet so many new people from the different departments and brands from Wilson & Gilkes .” 

The party served as an opportunity for the staff of Opie Manufacturing Group and Wilson & Gilkes to strengthen their professional relationships and build camaraderie. It was a time to reflect on their achievements throughout the year such as moving the Moore bank warehouse to Emu plains and appreciate the hard work and dedication of each team member.

Looking back, the Christmas party at Emu Hall was a resounding success. It showcased the spirit of the holiday season and provided a platform for the staff of Opie Group and Wilson & Gilkes to come together and celebrate. With the team looking forward  to an exciting 2024
