🎨 Artwork Setup Guidelines


1. File Format:

• Preferred: PDF (High Resolution)

• Also accepted: AI, EPS, SVG (with fonts outlined)


2. Dimensions:

• Artwork should be 540mm wide x 840mm high

• Add 5mm bleed on all sides (total artwork size: 550mm x 850mm)

• Safe zone: Keep critical elements (logos, text) at least 10mm inside from edges.


3. Colour Mode:

• CMYK only

• Pantone (PMS) colours should be clearly labelled if colour matching is required.


4. Resolution:

• Minimum 300dpi at full size for raster images


5. Fonts:

• Convert all fonts to outlines/curves

• Alternatively, include font files with submission
